Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bark – Maria McDonald
This is the easiest spring, summer sweet snack or late night indulgence. This base recipe can be dressed up for parties or kept simple for kids too. This is so simple and impressive, try it out at your next gathering and just see your guests devour these in no time!
2x 5 ounce containers Greek yogurt (can substitute with plain or vanilla if you prefer)
1 quart of fresh market strawberries, sliced
Optional toppings – honey, chocolate chips, blueberries, sprinkles, nutella, toasted nuts, sweet balsamic vinegar, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, pretzels, or graham cracker chunks.
1. Spread yogurt in a 8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
2. Place strawberry slices on top of yogurt.
3. Swirl in with additional toppings or sprinkle extras on top.
4. Freeze for 1 hour.
5. Once frozen take out and break into uneven chunks. Can let the kids break apart with a mallet for some fun.
